• We accept Cash, UPI, Credit/Debit Card, and Net Banking.
• We are not responsible for any bank charges or currency conversion fees incurred by the customer.

5. Warranty & Returns

• Products sold by IT SOUQ carry the manufacturer's warranty as applicable.
• Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt/invoice.
• Items that are subject to physical damage, misuse, or unauthorised modifications are not covered under warranty.
• Returns or exchanges are subject to our in-store return policy. Please contact us within 7 days of purchase for return requests.

6. Installation & Service

Installation services are carried out by certified IT SOUQ technicians. The customer is responsible for ensuring access to the installation site and providing a safe working environment. IT SOUQ is not liable for pre-existing infrastructure issues or damage caused by third-party interference after installation.
